1. Use of Site

This website and its contents are owned and operated by PDF Profit Mama ("we," "us," or "our"). You may use this site only for lawful purposes and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including graphics, logos, text, digital downloads, and other materials — is the property of PDF Profit Mama and may not be used without permission.

3. Product Access & Delivery

All digital products are delivered via email and/or direct download upon purchase. You are responsible for entering a correct email address.

4. Refund Policy & Guarantee

We stand by the effectiveness of our system with a 60-Day First Sale Guarantee.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must:

Have completed all steps outlined in the PDF Profit Mama system.

Have created and launched at least one faceless PDF using the provided templates and prompts.

Have posted a minimum of 5 short-form videos per week (TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts) for 60 consecutive days, using the strategies taught inside the program.

Have your sales page live and your product available for purchase during the 60-day period.

Provide proof of consistent action in the form of:

Screenshots/links to your posted content

Screenshot of your live sales page setup

Screenshot of activity/sales analytics from your sales platform covering the 60 days since your purchase of the Blueprint

If, after meeting all of the above requirements, you have not made your first sale, you may request a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the 60-day period ends. Requests without the required proof of action will not be honored.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use this site to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to violate any laws. We reserve the right to ban any user who violates these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
